We believe it is very important to provide a service that is available and accessible to all our customers, and we work on all levels to make the information and service also accessible to our customers who have disabilities.

The accessibility actions are manifested both in the physical level of making buildings and infrastructures accessible, as well as in the digital level in the accessibility of the service in the Company’s digital assets.
These adjustments are made according to the provisions of the Law on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, and its regulations.

Accessibility of the Website

The Setai website enables easy browsing by its visitors.

The website complies with the accessibility requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Adapting Accessibility to the Service), 5773 – 2013 and complies with the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (I.S. 5568) for content accessibility on the Internet at an AA level, as well as the international WCAG2.0 document.

The website is optimised for display in the most common browsers and is also optimised for use on a cell phone. The navigation on the website was designed for easy orientation and the contents are clearly written, which allows for good and quick understanding by all users.

The accessibility button on the website contains a menu for selecting the desired accessibility services. Among the services offered on the site: colour adjustment, screen reader, keyboard navigation, blocking flickering, highlighting texts, adjusting font size and more, when you can choose one of them or combine them.

After choosing the appropriate service, the website is quickly adjusted and allows the user to find his way around and to easily and simply understand its contents.

Caveats to the accessibility

It should be noted that despite our efforts to make all pages on the website accessible, it is possible that parts of the website that are not yet accessible may be still be found. We continue our efforts to improve the site’s accessibility as part of our commitment to enable its use by the entire population, including people with disabilities.
