Non-show will incur a charge of 100% of the full cost of the booking.

Cancellations During Regular Season

Up to 3 days prior to the arrival date - free of charge.
From 3 days until the date of arrival - a charge of 25% of the full cost of the booking.

Cancellations on Jewish Holidays and in the months of July and August

Up to 7 days prior to the arrival date - free of charge. From 7 days until the date of arrival - a charge of 50% of the full cost of the booking.

Parking

The hotel offers parking facilities for hotel guests. In addition, the hotel features charging stations for electric vehicles as well as parking spaces for people with disabilities.The parking may incur an additional charge.

Disability Accessibility

- The hotel features five disability accessible villas for accommodating people with disabilities, two of which include a pool with a dedicated lift for the disabled. The villas include flooring and a carpet under the bed, and if necessary, you can ask the hotel staff to move the carpet and raise the bed.
- Bathroom door width - 77 cm. Shower width - 190 cm. The shower is fitted with a hand grip.
- The hotel features 4 dedicated parking spaces for people with disabilities.
- Accessible hotel facilities: central pool with a dedicated lift for the disabled, hotel restaurant, lounge bar (dairy restaurant), spa treatment rooms on the 2nd floor (access via the elevator). There is no access to the hot tub, Turkish Bath and sauna.
